A: Your video will be delivered both on DVD and on smuggsvacationvideos.com. The DVD won't arrive for about a week or so, depending on where you live. But a web quality .MOV file (Quicktime) of your video will be ready to download within a few days, depending on your selected package. This file can be saved to your computer, burned to CD/DVD, posted to websites & web video platforms (like YouTube), or attached to emails to be shared with family & friends. Longer movies make for larger .MOV files, so longer videos may not always attach/deliver well in email.

Your information required to download your new vacation video will be emailed to you. It will include the required User Name and Password which you will need to login to our secure system. Once you have logged in, you can enter the Family Portfolio Area and you will see a link to your video. Click the link for your video, a new window will open and you will be asked again for your User Name and Password (to protect the privacy of your specific video). Enter the same User Name and Password again to view/download your new vacation video. View and/or save file as per usual.
